Integration trips, motivational trips
Motivation and integration
Nothing brings a team together and builds motivation like shared experiences. We organize trips that inspire, reward, and strengthen relationships – in Poland and Europe, in survival or luxury versions.
What can you expect?
Integration trips
A team trip is more than just a company adventure. It’s a moment that brings people together, builds trust, and energizes them to act. We understand how important collaboration, good communication, and mutual support are in every company—that’s why we create trips that inspire, motivate, and strengthen team relationships.
During our team-building programs, we prioritize excitement, collaboration, and shared experiences. We believe that true team-building happens when participants step outside of their everyday lives—whether during shared field trips, creative workshops, or themed evenings. We design each trip to leave lasting memories and have a real impact on the company atmosphere.
Incentive trips
Incentive trips are one of the most effective ways to reward employees. A well-planned incentive program boosts morale, strengthens loyalty, and motivates them to achieve new sales goals. With us, every trip becomes a unique reward – tailored to the team’s profile, achievements, and expectations.
We organize trips in Poland and throughout Europe, for any number of participants, in any setting – from field and survival trips to the most luxurious resorts and hotels. We combine experience, creativity, and impeccable logistics, making each trip a unique story – one that is talked about long after your return.
What do our customers value us for?
On April 21, 2017, Ms. Julia Górecka from “Meeting Maker” organized a conference to celebrate the 20th anniversary of the Department of Anesthesiology and Intensive Care at the Rydygier Hospital in Krakow.
The full service included printing invitations, renting a room and arranging it, providing sound and visualization equipment for presentations, and organizing a gala dinner for the meeting participants.
The organization of the anniversary was thorough and professional. All invited guests were satisfied with the event. We consider the cooperation in organizing the conference to be exemplary.
Meeting Maker Julia Górecka organized our company’s meetings with Santa Claus (December 6, 2016) and Christmas Eve team-building event (December 15, 2016) for 50 people.
We thank you for your commitment, professional approach to organizing the company meeting, and for presenting interesting ideas (for example, regarding Santa’s gifts, the meeting location, and the artistic portion), as well as for your attention to detail.
We are very pleased with our collaboration with Julia Górecka. The activities were carried out comprehensively, professionally, and with complete dedication.
We wholeheartedly recommend Meeting Maker as a reliable partner with high organizational potential.
“Meeting Maker” organized the 30th anniversary celebration for the Geosynoptic Society “GEOS.” The celebration took place at the Orański Hotel in the Kłodzko Valley.
The scope of work involved finding and booking a hotel, bus rental, organizing excursions (including tickets and guides), catering (including a gala dinner and a barbecue dinner), conference room rental, and providing music during the barbecue dinner.
These services were completed in a timely, reliable, and professional manner. All activities undertaken independently by “Meeting Maker” were consulted with representatives of the Society, taking into account our preferences regarding time management, venue selection, and meal menu. This ensured that our expectations were fully met while also reducing the organizational burden. This translated into the satisfaction of the Jubilee participants, expressed verbally.
Therefore, we consider our mutual cooperation exemplary and recommendable.

3. Coordinating the catering company’s activities: developing a detailed menu, planning the table settings in the foyer, arranging details, and overseeing catering throughout the event.
4. Coordinating the artistic portion of the evening dinner—contacting the string quartet, finalizing performance details, and coordinating the program of performed pieces.
